December 7th--> tips to losing weight
1. Drink water before you eat: fills you up so you don't eat as much
2. Have 5 small meals a day: stops you from going on a binge
3. Eat slow: it takes the body and brain 20 minutes to know when its full
4. Cardio: 20 minutes, 5 days a week minimum
5. Portion your food: only have the portion amount that it says on the nutrition facts
6. Core work outs 5 days a week: try a reverse sit up set.
7. Instead of divebombing the sweets, try fruits, vegitables, or a sweet fruit drink. Also savor those sweets
8. Get about 8 hours of sleep
