My day to day reports

January 17th
    So far I have been trying to watch what I eat. I went shopping and got so much green tea and water its rediculous. Its said though that when trying to lose weight those are the two best drinks :) Ive also been snacking on grapefruit, cutie oranges, and almonds! also healthy food :) Yesturday was my first time working out as well and my legs are already killing me. time to get back on track! I can do this! Its to show everyone what I can be and that I'm worth it.

December 7th--> 8 days till work out starts
    So the medication that the doctor prescribed me for my back is working incredibly well! I was feeling pretty good (back wise) so i decided to give a nice work out a try. I'll post the work out that i did on the work outs page. All in all it was nice after having two days of rest to get back in the swing of things. Also today I will post some tips of mine to help lose weight :) I'll continue to keep you posted!

december 6th---> 9 days til day one!
    as of right now I have whip lash in my back. I'm on strong pain killers and muscle relaxants until I can see a chiropractor. It needs to get better so that I can get going on this weight loss goal! Today I looked up pictures to keep me motivated during my work outs. Its nice to have an actual picture of what I want to look like instead of just a visual in my head that easily diminishes as soon as the weight loss isnt going as fast as I would like it to.
