December 12th
Because of all the finals i had today, I wasnt able to do anywork out except the elyptical for 30 minutes so i got in a 30 minute work out and burned 300 cals. still pretty good for a small work out :)
December 11th
Work out was crazy today!
--> Treadmill- 25 minutes, interval trining, 260 cal
--> elyptical- 30 minutes, 310 cal
-->bike- 20 minutes, 120 cals
--> elyptical- 20 min, 200 cals
Total time= 1 hour 45 minutes
Total cals burned= 890!
ok thats crazy but it felt so good afterward knowing i got an incredible work out in!
December 7th
I know that today isnt the official kick off to my 7lbs goal but I did a work out today just to get into the swing of things. Here is what I did:
--> Treadmil: 25 minutes, 245 calories burned
-Alternating from 3.5 mph for one minute, 5 mph for 3 minutes, then 6pmh for a minute, then working my way back down for a totaly of 25 minutes. Ultimate goal: reach one hour of this cycle
--> Elyptical: 30 minutes, 306 calories burned
- I did the fat burn work out on the elyptical. Its similar to the treadmill but instead of alternating speeds, it alternates the hight. Its hard to get through (exspecially the 13 level) but it feel incredible when your done.
-->Bike: 10 minutes, 50 calories
-This was just a cool down and a way to get 50 calories in to complete the work out. Just a simple slow pace at level one did the job
Total calories burned: 601
Total work out time: 1 hour and 5 minutes
(not too bad hu?)
Today what I ate for
breakfast: milk and reeses puff cereal
Snack #1: laughing cow cheese, pretzel thins, and almonds
Lunch: pizza hut cheesy sticks (bad idea!) and carrots (good idea!) with orange juice
Snack #2: Five fruit frenzy, small, from jamba juice (real fruit)
Dinner: asiago bagel with light cream cheese and water
Note: I am in college and I have to eat whats in my dorm. My choices are limited until I get home!
